“Should/shouldn’t” are used to give advices or to make suppositions. This modal doesn’t change in the third person singular.

To give advices | You should avoid eating all that junk food. It’s unhealthy!
We should listen to his advice and stop complaining. |
To suggest someone not to do something | She shouldn’t be so friendly with him. He might take advantage of her.
You shouldn’t play with the on/off button. The radio may break down. |
To make suppositions | I can feel a strong air current. The way out of the tunnel should be close. |
Modals – should/shouldn’t
