Verb + ing like/hate/love and other

The following verbs are always followed by the -ing form when referring to a general habit.

Love	amare	She loves being looked for
Hate	odiare	We hate going on crowded buses
Don’t/doesn’t mind	non dispiacere	He doesn’t mind doing the housework on Sundays
Enjoy	divertirsi	I enjoy reading thrillers
Prefer	preferire	You prefer walking to school
